Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery (Telecom) to lead end-to-end telecom delivery for a global client portfolio. This remote role drives predictable execution, governance, and partnership with C-suite executives to translate delivery capabilities into growth and revenue.

You will shape strategic roadmaps, guide a distributed global team, and advance delivery maturity through process improvements, innovation, and best practices across complex telecom programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership with multi-tower program management experience.
• Experience managing large accounts ($30M+) using diverse delivery models.
• Proficiency in telecom systems engineering, including CPQ and OSS/BSS flows.
• Familiarity with Netcracker, Amdocs, AWS, and Google Cloud for telecom.
• Strong reporting skills with tools like Tableau and Jira.
• Exceptional executive-grade communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams with predictable execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to influence strategic roadmaps.
• Identify new demand opportunities and collaborate to convert them into revenue.
