EverOps, LLC is hiring a Director of Delivery to own delivery and senior client relationships across a portfolio of key clients. This remote, United States role centers on guiding scoping, planning, and hands-on leadership when needed to ensure successful engagements.

You will manage staffing, governance, and reporting rhythms, while shaping delivery practices and an operating model that scales with the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology engagements across multiple clients or teams.
• Ability to challenge plans and speak credibly with engineers and client leaders.
• Proven track record in delivery-focused roles with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across a client portfolio, ensuring staffing and execution to plan.
• Lead senior client relationships and executive sponsorship.
• Scope, plan, and launch initiatives with governance and reporting rhythms.
• Define delivery practices, standards, and operating model for scale.
• Partner with CTO-level stakeholders to provide architectural guidance.
