Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years in Project Management / Delivery Lead roles, specifically in P&C insurance software.
• 5+ years leading SaaS solution delivery.
• 5+ years managing globally distributed teams.
• 3+ years engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead teams to deliver client projects.
• Meet revenue targets within the Services organization.
• Manage project schedules, financials, and change requests.
• Make personnel and staffing decisions for the practice.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Serve as the escalation point for project-related activities.
