Job summary

BizFirst is seeking a Defense Customer Success Lead to embed with defense users, train them, and enable rapid decision-making from marine sensing data. You will build onboarding processes, playbooks, and TTPs while reporting to the Global Head of Government and Defense.

This remote US role partners with Defense go-to-market, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to align solutions with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Experience planning and executing customer success in defense or government contexts is valued.
• Ability to navigate government processes and interagency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new defense users; build scalable CS plan and playbooks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to adapt solutions.
• Lead end-to-end defense customer relationships and deploy playbooks.
