Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director, Capture to lead multi‑LOB capture efforts in the Defense Market. This remote role reports to the VP of Business Development, DEFENSE AGENCY ACCOUNT, and drives win themes, solution architecture, and strategic responses for major pursuits.

You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, brief senior leadership, and shepherd planning 6+ months before RFPs. Coordinate pricing insights and teaming to position Maximus for success nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience across Air Force/Space Force and CYBERCOM with sales, proposals and capture management.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture, pursuit, and solutioning architecture for multiple lines of business.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives regarding solution shaping and response strategies.
• Develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Brief and provide guidance to senior leadership for decision making.
• Lead planning and capture activities 6+ months prior to RFP release.
• Coordinate teaming and ensure compliant, top-quality proposals.
