Job summary

American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is a long-standing financial services company seeking Account Resolution Specialists to join its remote team in Carmel, IN. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and help customers understand options for resolving delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of proven experience in collections or customer service.
• Reliable transportation for training, meetings, and IT support as needed.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Webex).
• Must meet client clearance requirements including background checks and drug testing.
• Must meet all client scheduling requirements and have reliable internet with a quiet remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to contact consumers and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Educate, inform, and present customers with available options while maintaining professionalism.
• Work within applicable laws, client requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Utilize multiple computer systems to access and update customer information and document activity.
