Farber Debt Solutions is seeking a Debt Solutions Manager for a remote position with occasional in-person client meetings in Canada. You will review clients' financial situations and tailor solutions from bankruptcy or consumer proposal options, building trust and guiding them through next steps.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound client engagement, conversion metrics, and collaboration with support functions to ensure a smooth enrollment process in Farber offerings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to develop and grow a practice area with firm management support.
• Enrollment in the Trustees program is an asset but not required.
• Enrolment or completion of the Insolvency Administrators Course is an asset.
• Consumer insolvency practice experience is an asset.
• Excellent listening, selling and closing skills within professional and ethical standards.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas and results.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in personal one-on-one marketing and building long-term referrals.
• High integrity and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assess suitability of bankruptcy or consumer proposal.
• Engage with diverse leads and adapt to varying demands.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure client satisfaction while driving conversions.
• Provide compassionate guidance through clients’ options.
• Maintain knowledge of Farber’s specialized industry.
• Coordinate with support functions for smooth client journeys.
• Communicate with clients during engagement to ensure enrollment into Farber offerings.
• Prepare regulatory documents for bankruptcy or proposal when required.
• Arrange final meetings and liaise with Farber Administration to resolve issues.
• Cultivate referrals and manage relationships with external sources.
• Communicate significant issues with clients.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and Farber events.
• Develop a positive Farber brand perception in the market.
