Pacific Debt Relief, a leading debt relief provider based in San Diego, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. You’ll shape strategy, optimize lead flow, and ensure enrollment compliance across the sales function.

In this remote leadership role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and IT to drive growth, improve conversions, and coach a team of 20+ reps toward peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership within debt relief or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of debt relief compliance standards (FTC, TSR, state rules).
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a track record of developing top performers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and lead management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies that drive annulment growth and regulatory compliance.
• Translate goals into sales targets, KPI frameworks, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimize lead flow and customer experience.
• Oversee daily Sales operations and ensure enrollments meet standards.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and coach Sales Team Leads and Representatives toward high performance.
