Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Dealer Order Management Specialist to serve as the front-line contact for customers and internal sales partners. This virtual role focuses on order management inquiries, pricing, availability, and system matching, guiding orders from initial request through post-delivery.

You will own the end-to-end order flow, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver what the customer needs, and participate in continuous improvement to remove barriers and enhance experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or inside/outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced order-management environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve order management inquiries from customers and internal partners.
• Process customer orders and manage end-to-end order flow across multiple channels.
• Assist with pricing, availability, system matches, promotions, and system solutions.
• Support order activities and ensure 100% customer satisfaction through accurate entry and follow-up.
