Job summary

Upgrade Inc. is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to expand indirect auto lending partnerships with dealership networks. You will build, maintain, and grow relationships, structure deals with underwriting input, and drive monthly funding while expanding in Tier 3–5 segments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in indirect auto finance or auto sales.
• Strong understanding of credit tiers, loan structuring, and dealership operations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
• Willing to travel locally (field time) and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dealer partner relationships and act as trusted advisor to owners, GMs, and F&I managers.
• Conduct regular in-person dealer visits and ensure dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive dealer sign-ups, activation, and ongoing onboarding training for programs.
• Manage territory through CRM to track activity and performance; adjust strategy based on data.
• Achieve monthly funding and application volume goals; grow volume in Tier 3–5 segments.
