Upgrade is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to represent the Auto Finance Division and grow partnerships with dealership networks in the Las Vegas area. The role focuses on relationship management, onboarding, and driving活 deal activation with a customer-first mindset.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to credit policies while traveling locally to dealer locations to maximize growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in indirect auto finance or related sales field.
• Strong understanding of credit tiers and deal structuring.
• Willingness to travel locally on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dealer partner relationships.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new dealer partners.
• Drive monthly funding and application volume growth.
• Coach dealers on program guidelines and deal packaging.
• Track performance and ensure compliance.
