Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow funded deals by partnering with dealers across the US. You will be the face of the company to dealers, onboarding and managing growth while traveling to visit Auto Dealers.

You will participate in training, work with a supportive team, and drive growth through consultative sales strategies and dealer relationships. This full-time role offers substantial earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealership environment.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with proven success.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships live in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop, maintain and grow dealer partners within Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant communication with dealer partners on current programs.
• Train dealers in Western Funding including proper documentation for fast funding of contracts.
