Job summary

Storyblok is seeking a Deal Operations Manager to build and optimize the end-to-end deal workflow across quote-to-cash. You will enable Sales on deal construction, coordinate with Legal and Finance, and translate pricing and packaging decisions into field-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue/Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience structuring non-standard deals and collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and order processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approvals, SLAs, and exception handling.
• Support deal construction across new business, renewals, expansions, multi-year, and multi-product scenarios.
• Translate deal strategy into approved constructs with value exchange and risk flags.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Systems, and CS to ensure deal readiness.
• Lead pre-signature checks for rev rec, billing terms, and product readiness.
• Drive KPI cadence, defect logs, and continuous improvement in deal operations.
