Job summary

Harness is seeking a Manager, Deal Operations and Strategy to drive sales success by ensuring efficient deal execution. You will own quoting, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and RevOps to optimize structures and negotiations.

Responsibilities include deal strategy development, process optimization, metrics reporting, and training for sales teams to navigate complex agreements while maximizing revenue and maintaining policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years in deal desk, pricing strategy, or sales operations in software/tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ; financial modeling tools a must.
• Experience with consumption pricing is a plus; knowledge of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop deal strategies and pricing structures to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain deal desk metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously improve deal desk tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide training to sales teams on pricing and contract negotiations.
