Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Manager, Global Deal Operations and Governance to lead a global team tackling exception-based quoting and deal governance. You will drive operational excellence across the quote-to-cash process and partner with Sales, Finance, Renewals, IT/CPQ to ensure accuracy and speed.

You will lead strategic initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and standardize documentation, while applying AI to improve efficiency and decision quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in deal desk, deal operations, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash.
• Leadership experience guiding teams through ambiguity and quarter-end pressure.
• Comfort in the grey area—able to make defensible calls without a clean playbook.
• Strong upward communication translating system complexity for senior leaders.
• Change-driver's instinct to fix root causes and reduce firefighting.
• Systems and process orientation—understand how upstream decisions ripple downstream.
• AI-forward mindset—apply AI and automation to reduce manual overhead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of deal operations analysts across regions and time zones.
• Own day-to-day deal operations health: exception quoting, case management, approval queues, CSAT/replacement handling.
• Set ownership and service levels to prevent gaps and mis-escalations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives: streamline quoting, IT/CPQ system enhancements, and documentation.
• Represent the team in leadership forums and provide decision-ready recommendations.
• Partner across quote-to-cash (Deal Governance, Deal Structuring, Finance, Renewals, IT/CPQ, Sales).
• Distinguish keep-the-lights-on work from root-cause fixes and drive automation.
• Serve as escalation point and SME for complex, exception-based quoting.
