DeafHealth is hiring an Outreach & Community Engagement Coordinator to expand visibility, trust, and impact through outreach, accessible health communications, and community engagement. You will bridge DeafHealth with deaf communities, promoting programs and resources with ASL and accessible formats.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, bilingual communication, and proactive outreach across events, digital platforms, and healthcare navigation services.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach and health education.
• Ability to create accessible health communications for Deaf communities.
• Experience with digital outreach, events, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of outreach strategies.
• Represent DeafHealth at community events and webinars.
• Coordinate outreach activities to promote navigation and enrollment services.
• Create accessible ASL video content and written materials.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report KPIs.
