Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications or health-related field.
• Two years minimum in community outreach or related fields.
• Experience with underserved communities and navigation.
• Ability to communicate in ASL.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of outreach strategies.
• Represent DeafHealth at community events and conferences.
• Create culturally and linguistically appropriate health communications in ASL.
• Coordinate outreach activities to promote programs.
• Assist with planning virtual and in-person events.
• Provide healthcare navigation and benefits enrollment support.
• Monitor KPIs and document outreach outcomes.
