Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Program Specialist to develop and implement services for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will collaborate with teams, coordinate ISP/BSP plans, and ensure safe, person-centered care.

The role requires ASL proficiency, program management experience, and the ability to navigate regulatory guidelines while building community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program development and management.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ODP guidelines and PA codes for 6400 regulations.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot program activities, ensuring high-quality homecare operations.
• Monitor residential homes to ensure they are a safe, homelike environment that reflects individual preferences.
• Complete assessments and participate in the development and implementation of ISPs, BSPs, and other care strategies.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate programs to meet the unique needs of our individuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify program gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide support to individuals as needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments and oversee aspects of medical care.
• Ensure reporting is timely and compliant with requirements (Program Books, Quarterly Reports, Annual Assessments).
• Facilitate the development of a cohesive team and provide training.
