Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in the Datacom industry focusing on Networking Cabling Infrastructure Solutions
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Must reside in the territory of Woburn or Canton, MA
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within designated accounts and territory
• Maintain and grow existing key customer relationships and execute sales growth strategy
• Engage with Datacom Vendors to develop regional go-to-market plans
• Prepare presentations on ADI Datacom products, articulating value to customer needs
• Manage engagements with both new and existing customers for the Datacom Team
• Act as escalation point for critical customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support the regional sales team as Datacom SME with market and competitive insights
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change in the sales organization
