Job summary

MP NEXLEVEL LLC is seeking a seasoned safety leader to supervise regional safety for data center projects. You will direct safety programs, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with operations to enhance safety performance and reduce incidents.

The role requires communicating complex safety concepts to field teams and executives, reviewing contractor safety plans, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years field safety experience.
• BS degree in Safety or Health related field desired.
• CUSP safety certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability claim processes.
• Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to review contractor’s health and safety plans.
• Can react calmly in emergency situations and work effectively with other people.
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work some weekends.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Technical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct safety in a geographic region on data center projects.
• Provide leadership to operations in safety policy implementation and training.
• Ensure safety regulatory requirements are understood and program compliance is achieved.
• Collaborate with operations to design initiatives to improve safety performance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development and evaluation of safety programs with Safety Director.
• Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local safety rules; develop guidelines accordingly.
