PhoenixAI is seeking a Database Support Engineer to drive onboarding, deployment, adoption, and long-term customer success for the Agentic Database. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication to ensure value is realized throughout the customer journey.

You will work remotely from the US East region, collaborating with sales and engineering to support technical evaluations, PoCs, and ongoing customer success, while contributing to product feedback and

Formación

• 5+ years in pre-sales and/or post-sales roles such as solutions engineering, technical consulting or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and data modeling (star/snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of distributed data processing system theory.
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding & Deployment: Guide new customers through implementation and deployment.
• Adoption & Expansion: Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Customer Advocacy: Build trusted relationships with customer staff and translate their needs.
• Technical Health & Optimization: Monitor health, troubleshoot, and suggest improvements.
• PoC Support to Presales: Assist with PoCs when presales bandwidth requires it.
• Documentation: Keep records of evaluations, PoC plans, and outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align technical discussions with business goals with sales and engineering teams.
• Marketing Support & Thought Leadership: Deliver webinars, conferences, blogs on Agentic AI use cases.
