PhoenixAI seeks a Database Support Engineer to drive onboarding, deployment, adoption and long-term customer success for the Agentic Database. You will be the technical liaison across post-sales and, when needed, presales, solving complex data challenges.

You will guide customers through implementation, optimize performance, and partner with sales and product teams to shape the roadmap. A background in data analytics, SQL, OLAP and cloud platforms is preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years in pre-sales and/or post-sales roles such as solutions engineering, technical consulting or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of distributed data processing systems.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication to distill technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

• Onboarding & deployment: guide customers through implementation, ensuring production realization of sales-cycle designs.
• Adoption & expansion: drive product adoption, resolve issues, identify expansion opportunities.
• Customer advocacy: build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent their interests internally.
• Technical health & optimization: monitor health, troubleshoot production issues, suggest architecture/config changes.
• Feedback loop: relay patterns/ pain points to engineering/product teams.
• PoC support to presales: assist with PoC design or execution as needed.
• Documentation: maintain evaluations, use cases, PoC plans and outcomes.
• Cross-functional partnership: align technical discussions with business goals and close deals.
• Marketing support: deliver webinars, attend conferences, write blogs on use cases.
