Job summary

PhoenixAI is hiring a Database Support Engineer to drive onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing customer success for our Agentic Database. This remote US role reports to the Head of Database Support Engineering and focuses on post-sales technical excellence.

You will guide customers through implementations, monitor health, and support presales PoCs, while collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver value and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales or post-sales roles in data analytics, databases, or cloud infra.
• Strong SQL, OLAP concepts, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with distributed data processing and at least one major cloud platform.
• Ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the ongoing technical contact post-sale to ensure customer value realization.
• Guide onboarding and deployment, aligning solutions with pre-sales designs.
• Drive adoption, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product/engineering and sales to close deals.
