Job summary
DealerOn is seeking a Data Support Specialist I to onboard, maintain, and ensure accuracy of client inventory. You will work with Development and Customer Support to tackle complex inventory configurations and support data via Salesforce and escalation channels, from a remote mid-level role based out of Rockville, MD.
You will analyze data, troubleshoot pricing or missing records, generate exports/imports, mentor new hires, and contribute to internal knowledge base while delivering phone support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Experience in a technical contact center environment with issue root cause analysis.
- 4+ years of technical support delivery experience.
- 2+ years with DealerOn products or similar tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and maintain client inventory data with high accuracy.
- Handle cases via Salesforce and escalations to internal teams.
- Configure inventory data syndication via FTP and API protocols.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies (pricing, missing records).
- Provide phone support and clear guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Document knowledgebase articles for the support community.
