Job summary

VytlOne is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team, supporting inventory record management, data analysis, inventory levels optimization, and reconciliations. This remote-based role covers multiple sites within the Continental US, with responsibilities including cycle counts, ERP data entry, and vendor invoice checks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance or Accounting, 3–5 years of inventory/analyst experience, strong Excel (pivot tables) and SQL skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of related inventory/analyst experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly inventory adjustment records.
• Enter and analyze inventory data in ERP system.
• Coordinate a cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment.
• Reconcile and track expired returns for multiple sites.
• Perform data analysis and audits of returns processes and inventory movements.
• Provide inventory audit materials for internal and external auditors.
• Research and document inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and solutions.
• Coordinate cycle counts to identify and correct discrepancies across locations.
