Job summary

Netrality Data Centers in Philadelphia seeks a detail-oriented analyst to support Sales Operations. You will access, manipulate, and translate data into clear insights for stakeholders, with a focus on inventory management and reporting using Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

You will own inventory lifecycle, capacity tracking, and data governance across DCIM systems, helping optimize space, power, and connectivity for customers while partnering with cross-functional teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–5 years in a professional environment; preferably in sales support or financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data reporting/analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret large datasets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business actions.

Responsibilities

Maintain ownership of inventory system throughout lifecycle to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Manage space, power and connectivity inventory and capacity allocations across facilities.
Support DCIM systems and track infrastructure utilization for customers.
Develop capacity allocation and utilization reports for planning and forecasting.
Maintain records of deployments, cabinet assignments, cross-connects, and inventory.
Produce regular reporting with Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools; ensure data integrity.
