Job summary

ADT is seeking a Data Scientist in Marketing Analytics to translate complex customer, campaign, and media data into predictive, actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to solve growth, LTV, and digital personalization challenges, using ML, statistics, and MarTech know-how.

You will work with the Marketing Analytics Leader, data analysts and engineers to build scalable solutions that influence acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in analytics, CS, statistics, math, econ, or related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of data science, predictive modeling, and end-to-end data pipelines in marketing.
• Proficient in Python with data modeling packages.
• Strong SQL skills with high-dimensional datasets.
• Experience with Vertex AI/Colab notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Predictive Growth Modeling: model LTV, acquisition propensity, churn risk.
• Attribution & Mix Modeling: MMM and MTA frameworks support.
• Campaign Experimentation: A/B and multivariate testing for digital campaigns.
• Executive Data Storytelling: translate findings into visuals and narratives for leadership.
• Data Engineering & Pipelines: collaborate to integrate ad-platform APIs and analytics data.
