Humana is seeking a fully remote Data and Reporting Professional 2 to join its MP Brokerage team. You will build ad hoc datasets and regular reports from multiple sources, using SQL/SAS and Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver end-user insights.

You will create dashboards, data generators, and self-service reports, interpreting business needs and applying established guidelines to drive informed decisions while working with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, pivots, charts.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
