Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will build ad hoc reports and regular data sets, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop dashboards and information portals.

You will interpret business requests, define specifications, and work with minimal supervision while aligning with organizational goals. The position requires 1+ year of data reporting, SQL/SAS, and Power Platform experience, plus strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Degree in quantitative discipline (preferred).
• Experience with QlikView and Tableau (preferred).
• Experience in data warehousing/system analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, and data portals.
• Create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Align with department and organizational strategy and goals.
• Make decisions about own work methods with minimal direction.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures.
