Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 to join our fully remote team.

You will integrate data from multiple sources, build information dashboards, and develop automated reports using SQL/SAS, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for end users. Reporting to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting, you will interpret business requests, design report specifications, and contribute to strategic goals while following established guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
