Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional for a fully remote role reporting to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting. You will create ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and data warehouse queries.

The position requires 1+ years in data reporting with SQL/SAS and Power Platform expertise, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel is occasional; 40-hour work week with standard EST hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data reporting experience.
• 1+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.
• 1+ years of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
