Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Data and Reporting Professional 2 to join the MP Brokerage organization. You will create ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users, integrating data from multiple sources and maintaining dashboards and data portals.

You will also design specifications and align with department goals while working independently in a remote, 40-hour-week setup. The role requires 1+ years in data reporting, SQL/SAS, Power BI/Apps/Automate, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
