Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will orchestrate data from multiple sources, build automated reports, and design dashboards to empower end-users.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making and alignment with organizational goals. Requirements include 1+ year of data reporting, SQL/SAS, and Power Platform experience, plus advanced Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

1+ years of data reporting experience.
1+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.
1+ years of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel incl. formulas, pivots, charts, graphs.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators, and end-user portals.
May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
Understand department strategy and operating goals and how they link to related areas.
Make decisions about own work methods, often in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction.
