Humana Inc in the United States is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will build ad hoc reports and datasets, integrate data across sources, and design dashboards and reporting portals to empower end users.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making and alignment with Humana's strategic goals. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in data reporting, experience with SQL/SAS, and proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, plus advanced Excel and MS

Qualifications

1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivots, charts and graphs.
Strong MS Office applications knowledge.

Responsabilités

Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators and canned reports.
Possibly create report specifications from business requests.
Align work with department and organizational goals.
Make decisions on methods with minimal direction.
Follow established guidelines and procedures.
