Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 to join a fully remote team. You will integrate data from multiple sources, program reports and dashboards, and create self-service reporting tools for end users.

The role emphasizes interpretation, initiative, and adherence to guidelines while supporting organizational goals. Qualified candidates have 1+ years in data reporting with SQL/SAS, Power BI/Apps/Automate, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators and end-user portals.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment and organizational goals and linkages.
