Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Data Readiness Agile Product Owner for a remote role in the US. The role drives product ownership for an Agile team focused on data readiness, backlog shaping, vision definition, and delivering value through data solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, digital teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and strengthen data governance and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years.
• 2 years as Product Owner or similar role.
• 2 years experience with Data as a Product, data governance, and data quality principles.
• 2 years knowledge in AI, machine learning, and digital technologies.
• 2 years experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner, manage backlog and define product vision.
• Lead data-as-a-Product framework development with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate into data solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories and ensure measurable value.
• Champion data quality and governance across sustainment operations.
• Collaborate with AI and digital engineering teams to support ML and analytics.
