Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Analyst to deepen understanding of the product and its user base through analysis, metrics, and experimentation. You will partner with product managers, leadership, and engineers to shape strategy and improve data quality in a fast-moving environment.

This role requires strong SQL, data visualization, and the ability to turn insights into action. Remote, US-based candidates eligible; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools such as Snowflake and Periscope.
• Experience designing dashboards and conveying insights clearly.
• Solid understanding of product growth concepts and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of improving understanding of the product and user base.
• Partner with PMs and leadership to inform product strategy.
• Define useful metrics and set clear goals for the team.
• Share insightful updates across the company regularly.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance data logging and ergonomics.
