Ladders is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy professional to join a leader in IT. This remote role partners with senior leaders to solve operational challenges, design automation, and build scalable analytics-driven workflows across business systems.

The position focuses on developing AI-enabled processes that strengthen decision-making, with responsibilities spanning data flows, tooling, and process improvement. US remote work available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in roles like integration engineering, consulting, finance or operations.
• Strong judgment across multiple business domains.
• Proficient with APIs and modern business systems.
• Experience in analytical roles with unit economics and margins.
• Ability to build models and tools independently, with when to involve engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to address operational challenges.
• Design and build tools and automation for reusable workflows.
• Map and improve data flows across business systems.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to speed and improve accuracy.
• Create analytics solutions for better decision-making.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and change logs.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
