Ladders is seeking a Data Readiness Agile Product Owner for a remote role in the US. The role drives product ownership for an Agile team focused on data readiness, backlog shaping, vision definition, and delivering value through data solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, digital teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and strengthen data governance and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years.
• 2 years as Product Owner or similar role.
• 2 years experience with Data as a Product, data governance, and data quality principles.
• 2 years knowledge in AI, machine learning, and digital technologies.
• 2 years experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Data Readiness Agile Product Owner - (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will drive product ownership for an Agile team focused on data readiness, shaping the backlog, defining the product vision, and delivering measurable value through data solutions. You will partner across stakeholders, digital teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and strengthen data governance, quality, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities. The position calls for someone who can lead cross-functional execution in a complex, highly regulated environment while influencing senior leaders and advancing data as a product practices. You will also work closely with engineering and analytics partners to support machine learning initiatives, resolve complex data challenges, and ensure the right data sets are prioritized for sustainment operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
