Job summary

Acxiom is hiring a Product Manager to lead data-centric products across the lifecycle. You will shepherd strategy and execution for the Data & Identity Layer, coordinating with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial offerings.

You will own day-to-day decisions, define roadmaps, and drive performance, leveraging Agile practices and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with data products and data engineering or analytics teams.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or information-intensive products.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns and defines product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and delivery teams.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, and requirements.
• Establish quarterly OKRs and KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability, quality).
• Monitor product performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure privacy, legal, and compliance considerations are addressed.
