Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager to deliver data and identity products to data-centric businesses worldwide. You will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial offerings and align roadmaps with customer needs, privacy, and governance.

You will own the product lifecycle for Acxiom’s B2B suite, drive backlog and quarterly OKRs, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, and ensure successful launches, adoption, and ongoing optimization across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Defines and executes a product roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver plans.
• Supports launches, positioning, and adoption with Sales and Marketing.
• Monitors product performance and drives improvements via OKRs and KPIs.
• Mentors less experienced associates as needed.
• Escalates complex cross-product dependencies to senior leaders.
