Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead data and identity products for global data-centric businesses. You will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to shape offerings and strategy, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.

You will direct product strategy from conception to end of life, own the backlog, define OKRs, and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing to drive launches and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns product backlog and defines roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute plans.
• Establishes and tracks quarterly OKRs and product KPIs.
• Supports product launches, positioning, and adoption with Sales & Marketing.
• Monitors performance and ensures privacy, legal, and compliance requirements.
