Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager who will deliver data and identity products to data-centric businesses globally. The ideal candidate will have previous success in managing data products, experience engaging with data engineering and analytics/data science teams to produce commercial offerings, comfortable working collaboratively across teams and help us define our data culture.

Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s B2B Suite from conception through end of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
• Escalates cross-product dependencies and investment-related considerations to senior leadership.
