Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager who will steer data and identity products for data-centric businesses globally. You will lead product strategy, work with data engineering and analytics teams, and drive a customer-centric roadmap across battlegrounds from conception to sunset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and ensure product performance meets defined goals.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency).
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Works with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Escalates cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment considerations to senior product leadership.
