Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data products for global data-centric businesses. You will coordinate with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver commercially successful offerings and help shape our data culture.

The role directs strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Data & Identity Layer, partnering across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery. You will own day-to-day decisions and drive product performance through lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience delivering data products and working with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, capture requirements, and drive revenue and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy and lifecycle for data and identity layer products.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, and delivery teams to execute plans.
• Defines roadmaps, backlogs, and quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
• Translates market needs into actionable product enhancements and features.
• Works with privacy, legal, and compliance teams across product lifecycle.
• Mentors less experienced associates as needed.
