Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for data-centric businesses globally. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to define and execute a roadmap that enhances revenue, adoption, and customer value.

You will own day-to-day product decisions and work with teams across engineering, design, marketing, and compliance to deliver robust offerings, while maintaining a strong focus on privacy and data governance throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience with data products and data engineering teams.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or information-heavy products.
• Cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy.
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency).
• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
