Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products across global data-centric businesses. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize a roadmap, and execute development plans that drive revenue and adoption.

You will serve as a DRI for a product or defined capability, manage backlog, and establish quarterly OKRs and KPIs while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and legal teams to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope
• Provides guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates
• Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a single product, sub-product, or defined capability
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency)
• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle
• Supports research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation
• Escalates complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment-related considerations to senior product leadership
