Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager to deliver data products for data-centric businesses globally. The ideal candidate will lead the Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life, partnering with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to drive commercial offerings and product performance.

Directs product strategy and execution while owning day-to-day product decisions, roadmaps, and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in data products or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data-intensive product environments.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns product scope and roadmap for the Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life.
• Collaborates with engineering, analytics, data science, marketing, and delivery to drive development and adoption.
• Manages the product backlog, user stories, and prioritization; defines quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
