Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for our global data-centric clients. You will steer strategy from concept to end of life, working with data engineering, analytics, and cross‑functional teams to deliver commercial offerings and a strong data culture.

You will own the product backlog, define requirements, set quarterly OKRs, and partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive launches and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data-intensive product environments.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Gather and define requirements from stakeholders and prioritize into a roadmap.
• Own day‑to‑day product decisions, delivery, and performance.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories and prioritization.
• Establishes quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost).
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders for launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on metrics.
• Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams across the lifecycle.
