Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data product strategy for the Data & Identity Layer. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and design teams to define and deliver commercial data offerings across the product lifecycle.

You will own day-to-day product decisions, drive roadmaps, and align with sales, marketing, and privacy/compliance teams. A strong background in data products and agile methods is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Owns and executes product roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
• Defines quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency).
• Partners with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support launches and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives improvements based on metrics.
• Ensures privacy, legal, and compliance requirements are addressed throughout the lifecycle.
